Philosophy

• Your IVR is mission critical.  Your phones must be answered; customers must not be disconnected; information must be reliable; transactions must not be lost.  Your customers are my customers; you keep yours, and I keep you.  It’s that simple.

• Independent, but not alone.  My associates help me provide support coverage when you need it... both hardware and software!

• My customer’s needs are always the first priority.  I will always respond quickly to your inquiries – telephone, email, and instant messages.  Electronic communications are a great way to stay in touch, but can be overused.  I prefer direct personal discussion  for complete and concise communication.

• I believe in KISS… keep it simple, stupid.  Unnecessary layers of management and overcomplicated documentation will not make your life any easier or give you a better result.

• I want to be your IVR developer forever.  I do that by caring.  I’m there for you, your project, and your organization.

• I work hard… very hard... and smart… very smart.  I support multiple clients, but I’ll never take a new client unless I can support all my clients like each is the only one.
